At OTOTO, we want you to be delighted with your quirky kitchen companions; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original OTOTO packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
